We ship through our company with our own means (within the prefecture of Fthiotida). Our own means of delivery are only used in areas within the prefecture of Fthiotidos after consultation. This method is recommended for large packages (e.g. furniture, mirrors, lighting) that cannot be handled by a transport company. As a first step, a telephone consultation with the store is required.

Using a general transport company as an agent (rest of Greece) Generally, it is recommended for large packages (such as furniture, mirrors, lighting) to ensure their safety in transit.

The following is important to know:
Generally, the cost of transport starts at €40 and depends on the parcel’s volume and weight as well as its final destination. Our store calculates transport costs after consulting with you regarding large volume goods.

Usually, parcels are delivered “on the pavement” instead of inside your home. However, delivery can be made to the place you specify after consultation with the transport company and possibly at an additional cost.

If you prefer to receive your order from the agency, you can do so after speaking with the transport company by telephone.

The LAMIA store area is available for collection Additionally, you can choose to pick up your order from our physical store without paying shipping charges during the ordering process.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are delivered within 30 days. You will be informed of the delivery time if there is a delay. We ship all over Greece.

In the event that for reasons of force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, availability or inconsistency problems on the part of suppliers, transport problems, technical problems during the production process, governmental or legislative acts, acts of terrorism, war and natural disasters) we are unable to complete delivery of your order within the predetermined time period, we will contact you to complete this order. As a result of these situations, the Company is entitled to an extension of time for the completion and dispatch of orders.

REFUNDS – Cancellations

By contacting the store by phone or by email and quoting your order number, you can cancel your order as long as you do it in time. Returns of defective products Regardless of your right to cancel an order, you have the right to withdraw from your order when the Store breaches its obligations, especially when the product is actually defective. You must notify the store within 48 hours after receiving the product, otherwise the store will not provide any compensation. It is your right to refuse to accept a proven defective product and return it for replacement with another product of the same category, if available, or for a refund. You can only return products if they are in the same condition as when you received them, as well as the documents, receipts, and packaging. The store bears the entire cost of sending a new product or returning your money.

Return of products / Right of Withdrawal

Within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the products, you may return them free of charge without telling us why you wish to return the products. Only direct costs are incurred in this case. It is not possible to refund the original shipping costs of your order. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or undamaged, together with the documents, retail receipt or invoice and the packaging that came with it the product. In the event of a product return, your refund will be completed within four (4) days from the date we receive the products to the bank account you indicate to us.
